Description: This high density housing scheme in East London, is proposed as an affordable community lead co-housing project.

Most London based young professionals belong to ‘Generation Rent’: Those who wish to live and work in this city, commit at least half of their monthly income to the capital's high rents. Saving for a deposit is an increasingly difficult task.

To combat this challenge, we designed a high density development on an unused site.

Compact well designed units with shared communal amenities and a strong focus on sustainable construction.
